Francisco Diaz-Mitoma Jr., CEO: With over 15 years of experience as a software architect, he has built scalable online technology products and co-founded Playsino (Titan Gaming/Xfire) and Revenue.com. A McGill University graduate, he has been recognized in Forbes 30 under 30.

Cesar Diaz, CTO: With over 20 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Cesar has also become skilled with React Native, Solidity and Dev Ops engineer. Cesar has developed the end to end technology powering Bowhead Health and managing its development team. Dr. Francisco Diaz-Mitoma, Medical Lead: A certified Canadian physician scientist and co-founder of Variation Biotechnologies (NASDAQ: VBIV), Dr. Diaz-Mitoma brings over twenty years of experience in building healthcare solutions to the team. Paul Huibers, Business Development Lead: 30 year veteran of the pharmaceutical industry. Previously President of Eli Lilly Korea and Senior Director of Digital Health at Eli Lilly.

Dr. Haydée Verduzco, Cancer Care Lead: A medical oncologist working at Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Medicas y Nutricion Salvador Zubiran in Mexico City. Her practice mostly focuses on breast cancer, and she has led multiple research projects regarding geriatric assessment in oncology, global oncology and value of cancer care. Starting July 2024, she will join Queen's University in Kingston as a fellow, with the support of Common Sense Oncology. View Publications

Dr. Rhea Mehta, Co-Founder: With a background as a Molecular Toxicologist and Nutritional Biochemist, as well as an Integrative Nutrition Coach, Dr. Mehta has over a decade of experience in health-related research and wellness community building. She is an alumna of the University of Waterloo and the University of Toronto.

Dr. Milan Bates. Medical Advisor: A thoracic surgeon from Bristol working at the NHS for over 20 years, who is also recognized as an innovator in digital health and medical devices.
