# Better Quest

Better Quest lets you track your food intake and exercise within a playful, engaging environment. By turning healthy habits into quests and challenges, Better Quest motivates you to reach your health goals. Better Quest is currently being validated through a partnership with NHS doctors to complete a study in the UK, so you can be confident you're using an approach backed by science.
